To provide predictable recurring per-visit pricing, certain higher-labor or project-based tasks are handled separately:

  • Flower Bed Weeding: Hand-pulling or spray treatment is an add-on service.
  • Horticultural Pruning: Shaping hedges above 8ft or major limb removal.
  • Material Installation: Mulch, rock, soil, or sod installation billed as project work.

Both. We offer one-time cut requests starting at a $125 minimum for properties that need an immediate reset. However, our primary model is recurring route service on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Recurring service is usually the best fit for clients who want a lower-friction experience, stronger consistency, and better long-term property presentation.

We primarily serve Summerwood, Atascocita, Kingwood, Humble, and Crosby. Select project services are also available throughout Greater Houston depending on scope and schedule fit.

Yes. We prioritize sustainable practices where appropriate, including organic fertilization and eco-friendly soil conditioning to help build soil health naturally.

No, you do not need to be home. We ask that you secure pets indoors, unlock gates, and clear the yard of toys, hoses, or loose items by 7:00 AM on your service day.

We operate on a route-based service model rather than rigid appointment windows. This helps us keep routes efficient, maintain consistency, and provide better long-term value.

You will receive an automated CRM notification before your visit and a confirmation once the work has been completed and GPS-verified. Our goal is to keep communication organized and predictable without overpromising exact arrival times that field conditions can affect.

If we cannot access the yard, we will service the accessible areas and bill the full per-visit rate. If no work can be performed, a Route Disruption fee applies per our Terms of Service.

Yes. We provide emergency hazard mitigation and storm cleanup whenever scheduling and conditions allow. For urgent requests, calling us directly is the best option.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours, Monday through Saturday.

Pricing, Billing & Terms

Recurring maintenance is billed at an agreed per-visit rate. One-time cuts start at a $125 minimum.

Card on File is required for recurring service to help keep route scheduling consistent and administrative follow-up efficient. Manual payments include a 3% processing fee.

Maintenance: 2 full business days’ notice is required to skip or pause service. Late notice results in a Route Disruption fee.
Projects: 14 full business days’ notice is required for cancellations or major reschedules to avoid deposit forfeiture.

Yes. Projects require a 50% deposit due upon approval to secure your date and procure materials.

If you are ready to move forward, requesting your evaluation is the fastest way to get your project positioned for scheduling. For early planning, you can also use our material estimator.

Extra requests require a written Change Order through our system. Our crews cannot accept on-site verbal requests, as this helps protect clarity, pricing accuracy, and scheduling integrity.

If your Card on File fails, service is temporarily paused until it is updated. Unresolved balances are subject to late fees per our Terms of Service.

This policy helps keep route operations clean, predictable, and fair for all clients on schedule.

Yes. An Initial Restoration Fee applies for properties that have not been professionally maintained recently. This accounts for the extra labor, equipment load, and recovery work required to bring the property back to baseline condition.

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the service date per our Terms of Service.

Safety, Health & Aftercare

For best results, allow the treatment time to settle and do its job before resuming normal lawn activity.

Important: Wait 24–48 hours before mowing, wait 24 hours to water unless otherwise directed, and keep pets and children off treated areas until dry.

If weather prevents safe or quality work, we reschedule for the next clear window. We build extra labor capacity into operations specifically to help catch up after heavy rain periods.

Homeowners are responsible for clearly marking unmarked or shallow underground hazards, including irrigation, wires, and dog fences. Evergreen is not liable for damage to hidden, unmarked, shallow, or improperly installed items.

We take property protection seriously and work carefully to avoid damage through training, equipment standards, and site awareness. If our team causes damage to a visible structure or clearly identifiable surface item, we will investigate promptly and work toward a fair resolution.

At the same time, liability does not extend to hidden, unmarked, shallow, or improperly installed underground hazards such as irrigation lines, wires, or invisible fences. Homeowners are responsible for identifying and marking those conditions before service.

Weed treatments typically show visible progress in 7–21 days, while fertilization color improvements often appear in 7–14 days. Timing can vary depending on weather, turf condition, season, and the specific issue being treated.

Policies & Terminology

Recurring Maintenance refers to ongoing route services performed on a weekly or biweekly schedule, regardless of billing method.

Biweekly means service occurring every two weeks, or approximately every 14 days.

Received means the precise timestamp recorded on our business phone or email systems.

The Service Date is the calendar date work is performed, or the last day of a stated route window.

Business Days are Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

The Notice Cutoff is Monday through Friday at 5PM, and Saturday at 3PM. Notice received later is recorded under the next business day.

We believe in mutual respect and professional boundaries. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions or serious coordination breakdowns that interfere with our team’s safety, scheduling, or ability to perform quality work.

Maintenance: Late route cancellations trigger a Route Disruption fee.

Projects: Late project cancellations or major changes may result in deposit forfeiture per our Terms of Service.
