Absolutely. We’re here to solve problems, whether that’s a weekly need or a one-time property reset. We offer one-time services for lawn cleanups, sod installation, and garden bed refreshes. One-time visits start at $95.

We run a disciplined, route-based operation. To keep our arrival times reliable and our pricing fair, we schedule by area. Once you're on the route, you’ll have a dedicated service day.
We ask that your property is ready for service (gates unlocked, yard clear) by 7:00 AM on your day. This route discipline is how we stay the most reliable team in town.
We don’t compete on being the "cheapest"—we compete on being the best and most reliable. To maintain that standard, we have a $50 service minimum per visit.
Most residential lawns fall between $50 and $85 per visit. For big transformations like sod installation, we’ll get you a transparent, custom quote within 24 hours.
