At Evergreen Outdoor Services, we specialize in personalized, full-service outdoor care. Every plan is customized to your property's unique grass type, soil condition, and aesthetic goals.
We primarily serve Summerwood, Atascocita, Kingwood, Humble, and Crosby. Select project services like concrete and sod installation are available throughout the greater Houston area.
For most property cleanups, we provide full-service removal. We either bag debris for curbside collection (per local municipal rules) or haul it away to a green-waste recycling facility. We leave your property "turn-key" clean.
Absolutely. We prioritize sustainable practices, including organic fertilization, natural weed control methods, and water conservation techniques that promote long-term soil health without harsh chemicals.
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured to provide professional landscaping and lawn care services in Texas. This ensures that both our team and your property are protected with high-standard liability coverage during every visit.

No, you do not need to be home. We provide all professional-grade equipment and fuel. To ensure a smooth visit, we simply ask that you secure pets indoors, unlock gates, and clear the area of obstacles or pet waste.
Yes! We provide emergency services whenever possible, especially for storm damage cleanup. Availability varies; please call us directly for urgent requests.
Recurring Maintenance: Please give us 2 full business days’ notice to skip, reschedule, or pause (subject to the Notice Cutoff). Late notice or missed access may result in a Route Disruption/Dispatch fee per our Terms of Service.
Projects & Scheduled Cleanups: Please provide 14 full business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for ordered materials (sod/plants) are non-refundable once scheduled.
Failure to provide notice may result in a fee per our Terms of Service.
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. We provide services Monday through Saturday to accommodate your schedule.
Recurring maintenance is priced at an agreed per-visit rate based on your selected frequency, property size, and normal maintenance condition.
For a smooth experience and consistent routing, card on file (auto-pay) is required for recurring route service. Billing is processed after each completed visit (typically the same day or next business day).
If a property is overgrown or not in normal maintenance condition, an Initial Restoration Fee or Cleanup/Reset Fee may apply to restore it to the Evergreen Standard. One-time cuts start at a $95 minimum.
Yes. To ensure your property meets our high standard from day one, an Initial Restoration Fee or overgrowth surcharge may apply for properties that haven't been professionally maintained recently.
This is not just about grass height (typically over 6 inches); it covers the additional labor required to re-establish edging, clear heavy weed infestations, and remove hidden debris or leaf buildup. For homes that need a full reset, our Residential Property Cleanup service is often the most relevant starting point. We want to be upfront: resetting a property’s foundation takes significant time and equipment wear, but once we reach the Evergreen Standard, your agreed per-visit recurring rate applies.
Recurring Route Service (Required): Auto-Pay (Card on File) is required to remain on the route and keep scheduling consistent. No processing fee applies with card-on-file autopay.
Manual Invoice / Phone Payment (Not Preferred): Payments made outside of auto-pay include a 3% processing fee. This helps cover the added administrative time required to create, send, track, and reconcile manual payments, along with third-party processing costs.
One-Time Services & Projects: We accept Zelle and checks. ACH is available upon request (processing fees may apply depending on the provider). For the smoothest experience—faster scheduling, fewer payment delays, and a cleaner service history—we recommend keeping a card on file.
Recurring service is scheduled on a route (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and billed per completed visit at your agreed per-visit rate.
Billing Date: Payment is processed after each completed visit (typically the same day of service or the next business day). Card on file is required to remain on the recurring route.
You may skip, reschedule, or pause with 2 full business days’ notice (subject to the Notice Cutoff). Repeated skips or missed access may result in as-available scheduling or removal from the recurring route. See Terms of Service for details.
Service quality issues: Notify us within 7 calendar days so we can make it right. Billing disputes or charge reversals: Must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the service date per our Terms of Service.
If rain or severe weather prevents safe work, we reschedule for the next available date (and when possible, we may service the day before your normal window to stay on schedule).
For recurring maintenance, you are billed only when service is completed. Weather shifts do not change your per-visit rate; they only affect the visit day within your service window.
While we take every precaution, Evergreen is not liable for damage to "unmarked" or "shallow" underground items like irrigation lines or wires not installed to code. If damage is caused by our team to visible structures, we will investigate and repair it. See Terms of Service for full details.
Yes. We offer professional cleanup, soil rehabilitation, and resodding to restore properties damaged by storms or heavy construction traffic.
Experience Professional Care, Clear Communication, and Consistent Results through our three-pillar approach:
We use a CRM-powered system to keep your service consistent. This includes optimized routing, GPS-verified tracking, automatic reminders the day before your visit, and detailed property notes so our team hits every detail of your specific lawn, every time.
Our team members are trained Property Leads, not just laborers. We view your yard through the lens of craftsmanship and long-term function. We focus on protecting your property value with drainage awareness and ROI-smart recommendations—including water-smart, low-maintenance native options when they fit your vision.
We offer a clear per-visit rate for recurring route service. Billing is processed after each completed visit, with card on file required to keep routing consistent. The focus is simple: professional results, consistent scheduling, and clean communication.

Neighborhood stewardship is a core pillar of our mission. We believe Houston neighborhoods thrive when every yard reflects pride. By prioritizing professional results, accountability, and a "management-free" experience over the cheapest bid, we ensure your outdoor space remains a high-value asset.
We find our best partnerships are with neighbors who value a long-term approach to property health. Beautiful, lasting results depend on the right process and professional timing rather than "quick fixes." If you appreciate reliable expertise and clear communication over a "lowest-bid" transaction, we would be honored to serve as your outdoor partner.
Our commercial equipment is designed for precision. We maintain sharp blades daily to ensure a "clean cut" rather than a "tear," which prevents grass disease and keeps your lawn looking greener for longer.
Weed treatment: Most weeds won’t die overnight. You’ll typically see wilting or discoloration within 3–7 days, with full results in 7–21 days. Cooler temps or rain shortly after treatment can slow results.
Fertilization: A healthier color and growth usually appear within 7–14 days during active growing season. If soil temps are cooler, results may take 2–4 weeks.
Pro tip: Don’t mow for 24–48 hours after treatment when possible, and follow any watering guidance we send—those two things make a big difference.
For severe issues: If a lawn is heavily infested with weeds or struggling due to thin turf, poor soil health, or stress, one application usually isn’t a “magic fix.” The best results come from consistent treatments over multiple cycles, along with good mowing and watering habits. We’ll recommend the most cost-effective plan for your lawn's specific recovery.
Recurring Maintenance refers to ongoing services on a route (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), regardless of billing method.
Biweekly means every two weeks (approximately 14 days).
Received means the timestamp recorded on our business phone/email systems.
Service Date is the calendar date service is performed (or the last day of the scheduled service window for recurring route service).
Cleanup Rate/Reset Fee refers to one-time fees to restore a property back to normal maintenance condition due to overgrowth or resuming after a pause.
Business Days are Monday–Saturday (excludes holidays).
Notice Cutoff is Mon–Fri 5PM; Sat 3PM (local time). For any notice requirement (skip, reschedule, pause, cancellation), notice counts only when received by Evergreen by the cutoff. Messages received after the cutoff—or on Sundays/holidays—count as received the next business day.
Billing Date is the date payment is processed for a completed visit (typically the same day of service or the next business day).
