Job Details

Frequently Asked Questions

Daily work includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off hard surfaces. You will also help with planting, mulching, sod installation, and property cleanups.

Beyond the lawn, you are responsible for daily equipment care, loading, refueling, basic cleaning, and protecting the properties we service. If you are assigned to drive, you will be expected to safely tow and back up trailers, and properly secure all loads.

The core schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays for big projects. Landscaping is seasonal, so hours are heavier in spring and summer and lighter in slower months.

Timekeeping is strict and transparent: We ask that you arrive at our 77044 shop between 6:45 and 7:00 AM to stretch and prep. You clock in on our CRM app at 7:00 AM sharp and stay clocked in until the day is fully finished and the trucks are unloaded.

Base pay starts at $12 to $18 per hour depending on your experience and performance. We pay weekly via direct deposit.

Bonuses are earned based on conduct and quality:

  • Weekly Team Bonus: Earned for hitting quality and efficiency goals.
  • Safety & Quality Bonus: $75 monthly for an accident-free month with zero customer callbacks.
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: $250+ paid every quarter for consistent reliability and a great attitude.
  • Perks: Earn $25 for new customer referrals and $25 for verified customer reviews. We also buy the crew lunch on project days when the week runs smoothly.

Experience is helpful, especially with trailers or equipment, but it is not required if you are dependable, coachable, and willing to learn.

You must have a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to work outdoors in Houston weather.
