How do I claim my referral credit?
It’s easy! Use the form above, or ask your friend to mention your name when they call us. Once they complete their first paid service, we’ll apply the credit to your account.
When is the credit applied?
The credit is applied to your account immediately after the referred customer pays for their first service. You’ll see it reflected on your next invoice.
Can referral credits be stacked?
Yes! There is no limit. If you refer 5 neighbors for essential services, that’s $100 in credit for you.
What counts as Essential vs. Premium?
Essential Services include recurring lawn maintenance, cleanups, or mulch. Premium Projects typically include larger landscape installations, hardscaping, or drainage work.
What happens if my service pauses?
Loyalty perks require continuous service. If service is paused for an extended period, the 12-month counter may reset. However, we are flexible with seasonal adjustments—just give us a call!
Credits apply to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash. Discount triggers after the referred customer completes their first paid service/project.
